Digital content and right of withdrawal

Some of our products (ebooks, online courses, and other downloadable content) constitute digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, within the meaning of Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation).

As a general rule, and in accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day period in which to exercise your right of withdrawal. However, this right cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun, provided you have given your prior, express consent and have expressly waived your right of withdrawal.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
